• A Supervising Clinician at Centria is somebody who not only believes in the core clinical values we hold as a company, but also respects the values of our clients. • They are practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis in a way that is aligned with our Foundations of Care and is assent-based to our clients. • The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide proper guidance to our Behavior Technicians to ensure our clinical standards are being met. • Our Foundations of Care model centers around our clients and ensures individualized care through assent-based care, via Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT) as well as Universal Protocols. • Centria’s Clinical Leadership Team places emphasis on clinical quality, which is reflected in every aspect of the organization. • We have multiple layers of clinical support ranging from local leadership, Area Clinical Directors, and Area Vice Presidents. • Our Dyad model allows you to focus exclusively on clinical services, fully eliminating operational tasks from your workload (no more scheduling!). • At Centria you’ll be surrounded by practitioners who are values-aligned and are committed to engaging in assent-based practices. • Our clinician-led data collection software provides prediction models to ensure successful clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in acceptance with BACB guidelines • Completed of 8-hour supervision course or willing to complete within first 30 days of employment • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders • Previous supervision experience is preferred • Crisis management experience is preferred
