Description

• This role serves as the team leader for full-time employees, including Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) CNC Administrators assigned to the core JDE CNC Administration Professional Services and Managed Services Teams • This position has the primary responsibility of leading strategic technical design, planning, execution, and implementation of Enterprise0ne projects with the professional services branch of CNC delivery • This role requires the individual to possess the ability to work independently as well as with other delivery teams in highly diverse and integrated hardware/software/cloud environments • This position is that of a premiere Subject Matter Expert (SME) in CNC delivery such as full implementations, upgrades, re-platforming, conversions, and migrations ensuring solutions meet client's business objectives • This role establishes a high level of trust and confidence with customers in Centrilogic knowledge and ability to mesh the business needs with the technical architecture required • This position ensures that all projects provide proper delivery and architectural documentation • This role requires a willingness to collaborate with customers and consultants (of varying levels of technical expertise) in high-pressure, complex environments showing leadership and guidance to customers, as well as the Centrilogic CNC team • This position is also an escalation point for the CNC Administration team members • This position reports to the Director of the JD Edwards Practice • This position expects the Team Lead to still perform Technical Managed Services and Project work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years' technical management experience • 7-10 years' experience with JD Edwards CNC • Develops and maintains strong working relationships across departments • Experience in designing and installing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems on-premise and in the cloud • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of writing proposals or papers, making presentations to customer audiences or professional peers, and working closely with upper management • Ability to identify tasks which require automation and execute same • General understanding of and experience working with all RDBMS platforms supported by EnterpriseOne • Solid understanding of and experience working with all Operating System platforms supported by EnterpriseOne • Basic understanding of all application/database interfaces supported by EnterpriseOne • Strong understanding of EnterpriseOne Development and Object Management tools • Strong understanding of advanced features such as cloud architectures, high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery • Able to configure and install all features and functionality needed to support large accounts • Strong analytical ability to choose and communicate the correct options for incidents and problems related to system availability and performance • Work with vendors to solve complex issues related to system performance and enhancements • Experience performing data conversion from source to target RDBMS of JDE data • Strong customer focus and management of client expectations • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of user trust and confidence • Ability to write clear proposals and technical documents • Solid technical project management skills, effectively managing multiple small to large projects simultaneously • Ability to weigh various suggested technical solutions against the original business needs and choose the most cost-effective solution
