📋 Description
• You will join the OneDigital Product team and lead a team of developers to build applications that integrate with external systems to support products that revolutionize the way we do business • Help manage the team’s backlog, apply industry standards and best practices • Evangelize code quality and correctness • Work closely with technical leadership, product managers, and the QA team
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience working as a technical lead or demonstrating strong technical leadership on a team • Strong proficiency in Golang, as well as common libraries • Experience working with ORMs • Experience working with unit test frameworks and writing unit tests • Experience working with both onshore and offshore development teams • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud • Experience with version control systems, such as Git • Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Nice to Haves: Experience with ETL workflow orchestration tooling • Experience working in the insurance industry • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Experience with monitoring and observability tooling such as DataDog
