📋 Description

• Work with the Quality Manager to identify the applicable resources for the project. • Assist and support the Quality Manager to achieve the contract quality requirements and objectives, for both on and off site. • Support implementation of the quality vision, goals and strategies. • Identify, support production of the quality department contractual and company deliverable. • Verify implementation of contractual requirements. • Set up inspection teams for both on and off-site inspection. • Review Inspection and test Plans. • Use of digital construction platforms. • Ensure inspections are carried out of completed works offered up by construction. • Review, endorse, and monitor Vendor/Contractors deliverables. • Support the implementation of project procedures and processes Implementation. • Record and manage quality work, in ensuring information is provided to prevent reoccurrence. • Plan and perform quality audits and assessments of the construction or vendor/subcontractor work. • Plan and perform Internal audits at key stages of work delivery. • Raise non-conformances when out of specification requirements are identified and support resolution and close out. • Report non-conformances and corrective actions with documented evidence and recommendations for satisfactory resolution. • Review project deliverables to ensure quality requirements have been incorporated e.g. Work and test packs. • Produce weekly and monthly reports and managed KPI information. • Ensure all quality reports are produced and uploaded within the document system. • Provide guidance and support to the quality team.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in QA/QC or an equivalent discipline. • Relevant IT experience. • Adopt the implementation of project Digital Construction Platforms. • High ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Previous experience with projects of a similar nature and size in a comparative role. • Proven success in managing QC Teams of a significant size. • Track record of successfully managing Quality Control on multiple work sites / work fronts. • Thorough understanding of the Construction sequencing and dependability of various work. • Ability to train and mentor both Operation and QAQC Team using variety of tools and techniques. • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing including report and correspondence writing.
