Description
• The Client Solution Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable and efficient communication solutions • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements • Work closely with product management and development teams to align solutions with product capabilities and roadmaps • Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles • Strong technical background with expertise in communication platforms, APIs, and integration technologies • Must have a connection with Meta and WhatsApp Business • Proven experience in supporting sales teams and closing deals with technical insights • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative solutions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
