Description
• Design and develop scalable communication solutions that meet customer needs, both business and technical • Ensure the integration of solutions with existing systems and infrastructure • Oversee the implementation process, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget • Evaluate existing solutions and identify missing components, recommending alternatives where necessary • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions • Provide expert advice and support in Solution design and in the implementation phase • Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices for solution architecture • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or related roles • Strong technical background with expertise in communication platforms, APIs, and integration technologies • Connection with Meta and WhatsApp Business • Proven experience supporting sales teams and closing deals with technical insights • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design innovative solutions • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
