Description

• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CEQUENS' voice communication products. • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new voice products and features. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to create detailed product specifications. • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption. • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, using data to inform product improvements and iterations. • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring continuous innovation and customer satisfaction. • Work closely with partners and vendors to integrate voice solutions and expand product capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically in voice technology or telecommunications. • In-depth knowledge of voice technologies such as WebRTC, WebSockets, SIP trunks, and connectivity. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing voice communication products. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in voice technology is a plus.
