📋 Description
• Responsible for monitoring, operating, and improving organizational infrastructure • Providing solutions for internal organizational problems • Manage and configure LAN/WAN networks, VLANs, VPNs, and NAT for optimal performance • Administer physical and virtual servers (VMWare), ensuring redundancy and high availability • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and backup systems • Oversee Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Office 365 management • Troubleshoot complex issues, providing innovative solutions and minimizing downtime
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of work experience in IT department • Understanding of LAN and WAN technologies, Internet, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, NAT, IP • Experience with configuring and managing firewalls, routers & switches • Experience in managing Microsoft-based networks and workstations • Experience in managing AAD (Azure Active Directory) and 365 – permissions, hardening, policies, ongoing user and mailbox management, conditional access, Intune • Experience in managing and maintaining large scale virtualization infrastructure including storage and backup • Experience with VMWare (vCenter and standalones), NetApp storage, and VEEAM • Problem-solving skills and creativity in providing alternative solutions (thinking outside the box) • Creativity, team player, organized, User-oriented • Willingness to work after hours when necessary • Advantage : Experience with Cisco switches, Fortinet FortiGate, Forti Manager • Experience with NAC solutions • Experience working with SCCM • Experience with Linux • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
