Description

• Provide compassionate support to clients in their mental health journey • Collaborate with prescribers as needed for holistic care • Create flexible schedule for client sessions during business hours, evenings, or weekends • Conduct therapeutic sessions weekly or bi-weekly for 45 minutes • Offer 15-40 hours of availability weekly

Requirements

• Independently Licensed Therapist in the United States for Professional Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Social Work • Licensed in good standing in at least one state; open to obtaining more • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent • Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders per DSM-5 • Maintain evidence-based clinical skill set • Empathetic and intuitive listening • Strong verbal and written communication • Knowledgeable in crisis response • Comfortable working autonomously in telemedicine • Tech-savvy with systems and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, EMR) • Passionate about improving access to mental health care • Entrepreneurial spirit or experience within a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
