Description

• Support day to day operations of Prescribers and collaborative physicians • Own clinical audits, lab process, and any clinical support needed through the task system daily • Analyze and ensure compliance with Prescribers and collaborative physicians policies and procedures • Document and address performance issues as needed • Support day-to-day prescribers and collaborative physician questions related to processes and expectations including client-facing tasks, triaging the clinical coverage queue, and ensuring lab completion in a timely manner • Address operational issues as they arise and collaborate with other members of the Clinical Operations team to problem solve • Assure appropriate and effective use of technology and applications including the EMR, Slack, and others, creating training or educational content for new launches and continuous improvements, as needed • Analyze and report key metrics on KPI dashboard and develop strategies and processes to address deficiencies • Responsible for process and outcomes metrics of the Prescribers and collaborative physician team including efficiency, productivity and clinical delivery domains • Review and analyze data, diagnose areas of opportunity, develop and implement improvement plans

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree • 3+ years of mental health care experience in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient, etc. • Staff management preferred, specifically experience with 1099 contractors • Experience with data analysis and developing data-driven recommendations to drive operational strategy and decisions • Detail-oriented multitasker • Excellent communication skills including clear written communication, and the ability to effectively interact with all members of the clinical team, Therapists, and leadership • Ability to effectively work with and support a team of prescribers and collaborative physicians • Advanced proficiency using a computer and ability to learn how to use new computer programs quickly • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment a plus • Experience utilizing data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau a plus
