• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS • Mitwirkung bei der Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen • Überwachung und Analyse der finanziellen Performance unserer Partner-Unternehmen • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Finanzberichten für das Management • Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der internen Controlling-Prozesse • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanz- und Investmentteam sowie externen Partnern (Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater)
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (oder ähnlichen Studiengänge), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Rechnungswesen • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Finanzdienstleistungen • Gute Kenntnisse in HGB und IFRS • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel und idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. SAP, Oracle) • Erfahrungen mit LucaNet sind von Vorteil • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, um in einem internationalen Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren
