🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading and managing a talent acquisition function from a Series B to a scale-up Phase. • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. • Experience with various sourcing techniques and technologies. • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Proven track record of meeting hiring targets and improving recruitment metrics. • Excellent leadership and management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. • Analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strategic thinking and planning abilities. • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. • Results-oriented and data-driven. • Proactive and resourceful. • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Passionate about talent acquisition and building strong teams. • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
