🎯 Requirements
• 7-8 years of experience in Tech/SaaS environments, preferably within fast-growing startups. • Consulting experience (e.g., BCG, McKinsey) or strong foundational education (IIT/IIM) is highly valued. • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools. • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and drive decision-making. • Experience designing and optimizing operational processes from scratch. • Track record of working collaboratively across teams in fast-paced environments. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building and creating new systems. • Ability to operate with autonomy and take ownership of the GTM Ops function. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
