🎯 Requirements
•7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading master data management or data governance initiatives. •Strong understanding of data products, data integrity challenges, and best practices in data quality management, including cleansing, deduplication, and governance. •Strong understanding of core MDM concepts and architecture. •Expertise in data standardization and modeling, including profiling, validation, attribution, and entity relationships. •Experience working with both structured and unstructured data, including API strategy and observability tools. •Proven experience leveraging AI / ML for data management, particularly for entity resolution to enhance data accuracy and automation. •Strong technical acumen with a proven track record of collaborating with engineering teams on data-intensive products. •Demonstrated ability to lead product initiatives from concept through discovery and delivery, with an emphasis on iteration and rapid value delivery. •Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent initiatives with attention to detail and execution. •Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex MDM concepts for different audiences and presenting roadmaps informed by internal and external feedback, market trends, and business goals.
