🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of combined UX research and design experience, with at least 3+ years in enterprise software or data-focused products • Strong portfolio demonstrating both research capabilities and UI/UX design skills • Expertise with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) • Experience conducting various types of user research, including contextual inquiry, usability testing, and concept testing • Proven ability to translate research insights into design strategies and solutions • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design principles • Experience working with design systems and component libraries • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders • Experience collaborating with product management and engineering in an agile environment • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
