Description
• Manage customers and strengthen relationships • Conduct auto parts sales for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors • Provide coaching and leadership to the sales team • Motivate and guide the team towards sales goals • Assign territories and report to senior leadership • Mentor junior sales team members • Execute sales strategies by analyzing market trends • Evaluate performance through sales performance reports
Requirements
• Bachelor degree • Sales experience in the automotive parts industry • At least 3 years of domestic HKMC and Tier 1 sales experience • Preference for HKMC-related work experience • Preference for experience in the automotive parts industry • Preference for fluency in English or Chinese • Smooth interpersonal and communication skills • Proactive and responsible personality • Preference for those who prefer to work from home
