• Optimize and enhance advertising campaigns to identify opportunities for specific product types and audiences to increase conversion and ROI; • Build out A/B tests and testing plans; • Understand the marketing funnel, and main metrics, optimize, analyze, and improve them; • Collaborate closely with Marketing Team Developers, Designers, and Copywriters for ad creation; • Searching for new potential traffic sources and connecting additional advertising platforms • Generating ideas for new connections and approaches; • Analyze the effectiveness of the campaign and use this data to inform future campaigns.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads, focusing on fintech, and gambling projects. • Budget management experience from $20,000/month • Strong understanding of metrics and analytics, related to digital marketing • Upper-intermediate English; • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
