Description
• The In-House Counsel will work with and support the legal team at CEX.IO. • This role includes providing legal advice to the board of directors and senior management. • Oversight of internal and external governance, including reviewing and drafting terms. • Managing disputes and litigation for the company. • Staying up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments. • Assisting the legal team with miscellaneous daily tasks.
Requirements
• Law degree and working experience in the UK, the US or Europe. • At least five years of working experience. • Relevant experience working as a lawyer within a regulated environment.
