📋 Description

• We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Network engineer to be responsible for designing technical solutions and coordinating with the team to ensure timely and accurate implementation. • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining the network. • This role will provide Tier III support to Crum and Forster and its affiliates. • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of wide ranging technologies and networking concepts for both on-prem and cloud networks. • Engineer must provide scalable, reliable, and secure network solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 6+ years of experience • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN. • Strong documentation skills are a must. • Background with Cisco, Aruba & Palo Alto Networks is preferred for our on-prem networks. • Strong understanding of cloud networking technologies such as AWS VPC, Azure Vnet, Equinix Fabric, VPN, Direct Connect, Load Balancers, and CDN • Extensive knowledge and experience of Network Security, including the design, configuration, and tuning of Cisco security appliances & Cisco ISE. • Experience with packet analyzers and root cause determination of networking issues. • Industry certifications (e.g. CCNP, CCDP, and/or CCIE) are strongly desired. • Skills in using Visio, other network documentation and discovery software. • Network monitoring with tools like SolarWinds. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
