Description
• We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Data Scientist to support the development of LLM-based services for processing complex technical documents and texts • The tasks are part of TÜV SÜD's overarching initiative to develop a document analytics platform • This initiative is driven by TÜV SÜD jointly with an implementation partner • The Senior Data Scientist will mainly work with TÜV SÜD Data Scientists, Software Developers and Solution Engineers • Conduct research and ideation regarding analytical challenges related to document analytics tasks • Support the development of approaches to identify and match information in technical documents • Implement the developed approaches in a productive service • Support the development of a general document information extraction service.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist • Proven track record of developing text and document analytics solutions, including leveraging LLMs and RAG approaches • Demonstrated success in supporting the implementation of analytical models as productive solutions • Extensive proficiency in Python and relevant libraries • Familiarity with MS Azure, Azure DevOps, and Azure OpenAl services • Experience in working in Agile, sprint-based settings • Fluency in English, ideally also in German
