📋 Description
• Riipen is looking for Compliance & Disputes Specialists to oversee user escalations, payment disputes, and compliance-related inquiries across our platform. • Manage high-level user concerns, oversee verification processes, and ensure fair and well-documented resolutions for disputes. • Analyze cases, render decisions, and maintain accurate compliance records to uphold trust and integrity within Riipen’s ecosystem. • Perfect for someone with strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and experience in compliance, risk management, or dispute resolution.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution • Strong analytical mindset and can assess complex disputes to make data-driven, fair decisions • Comfortable handling high-stakes customer interactions and managing escalations professionally • Experience with ID verification, financial transactions, or payment dispute processes • Highly detail-oriented and can maintain accurate documentation and compliance records • Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment • Bonus: Experience using Hubspot, Intercom, G-Suite, and Slack • Bonus: Experience in ed-tech
