β€’ Knowledge-Based Content Manager β€’ CGS is seeking a Knowledge-Based Content Manager responsible for ensuring accuracy of KB articles. β€’ The role involves surveying for KM solutions and keeping up to date with mortgage industry changes. β€’ Collaborates with managers to ensure training materials are up to date. β€’ Analyzes escalations for knowledge article updates. β€’ Strong knowledge of FHA mortgage programs required. β€’ Excellent communication and organizational skills needed. β€’ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes.

Requirements

β€’ Five years of direct experience with Single Family FHA origination policies and procedures. β€’ Five years of quality assurance or quality control experience in a call center, mortgage industry, or similar environment. β€’ Three to five years of residential mortgage finance industry experience. β€’ Three to five years management experience in a call center, mortgage industry, or similar environment.
