• Responsible for managing and meeting deadlines for SOLs and other filings. • Manage mass tort cases and client relationships. • Order, review, and summarize medical records for discovery. • Interview clients and update them timely on their cases. • Review cases to prepare for attorney review and filing. • Assist Intake Specialists with managing the intake system. • Manage workflow in electronic case management system. • Draft and send correspondence including pleadings. • Offer general assistance to attorneys and senior paralegals. • Document all events and communications properly. • Submit invoices timely and consistently according to policy.

🎯 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree. • 5+ years of mass tort or personal injury paralegal experience. • Caring and compassionate attitude with clients. • Growth mindset, eager to become a valuable team member. • Proven ability to assist attorneys and senior paralegals. • Experience with drafting and filing complaints. • Ability to review medical information and summarize it with little supervision. • Highly proficient in Microsoft suite and comfort with technology. • Friendly and calming phone etiquette. • Strong time management and multitasking skills. • High attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
