Description
• Lead and manage a team of engineers • Partner with recruiting team to organize and lead the interviewing process • Work closely with a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to prioritize and manage the image-building backlog • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Partner Support teams • Anticipate future work demands, project timelines, and resource needs • Occasionally assisting with technical tasks
Requirements
• Location Requirement: Must be located in the EU • 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role • Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to anticipate future challenges • Experience leading teams that work with cloud-native technologies • 3+ years of prior experience in Software Development, DevOps, or related engineering roles
