Description

• Chainlink Labs is seeking a Quant Financial Engineer with programming expertise. • Lead technical projects and execute DeFi and CEX trades. • Maintain existing code and perform backtesting of strategies.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming and SQL, including database design and optimization. • Experience in backtesting and building econometric models. • Familiarity with Power BI or similar dashboard creation tools. • Quantitative background with a strong understanding of DeFi and crypto trading. • Project management skills to lead and manage technical projects effectively. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and findings. • Familiarity with Linux and hands-on experience with cloud services, preferably GCP. • Trading experience, particularly with Crypto or Fixed Income products. • Practical knowledge of DeFi protocols and smart contracts. • Knowledge of Risk Management and Fixed Income. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
