Description

• Being part of the BCM Solutions team, we work with our users and partners to develop the solutions they need to leverage new forms of financial products. • Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to develop cutting edge solutions for our growing user base in the banking and capital markets industry. • You will be given a high level of autonomy/ownership over your projects. • Opportunity to expand your scope of knowledge and help build decentralized infrastructure of the future.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working in a Solutions or Engineering role • Hands on experience in Smart Contract Development and interfacing with Blockchain based technologies • Development experience in strongly typed language (preferably Golang or Typescript) • Passion to learn about Web3 and enabling Financial institutions to adopt blockchain • Exposure to running and supporting services in production • Experience with cloud based deployments including virtualization and containerisation • Experience with adjacent technologies such as messaging systems, databases etc • Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and finding new solutions • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Client facing experience • Implemented financial systems for regulated institutions • Understanding of the banking and capital markets industry • Experience with DeFi protocols
