🎯 Requirements
• At least 4 years of experience working in a Solutions or Engineering role • Hands on experience in Smart Contract Development and interfacing with Blockchain based technologies • Development experience in strongly typed language (preferably Golang or Typescript) • Passion to learn about Web3 and enabling Financial institutions to adopt blockchain • Exposure to running and supporting services in production • Experience with cloud based deployments including virtualization and containerisation • Experience with adjacent technologies such as messaging systems, databases etc • Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and finding new solutions • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Client facing experience • Implemented financial systems for regulated institutions • Understanding of the banking and capital markets industry • Experience with DeFi protocols
