• The Compliance Associate is responsible for supporting the Compliance Department by handling various administrative tasks. • This role involves managing legal and complaint logs, assisting with licensing matters, filing business documents, and providing overall administrative support for compliance-related functions. • The Compliance Associate will play a key role in ensuring that business operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, but not required. • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or compliance-related role, preferably within the financial services or mortgage industry. • Familiarity with business filing systems, licensing processes, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with legal and regulatory documents. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with internal teams and external agencies. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly learn new software tools. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
