• Drive the evolution and user experience of The Book, our proprietary Workforce and Hiring platform • Own our design system, library, and philosophy • Create prototypes of concepts using AI/no-code tools • Create compelling product demonstrations and interactive walkthroughs • Conduct thorough market research to identify gaps • Maintain clear documentation of design processes
• (3+ years) Proven experience as a Product Designer • Demonstrable expertise in UX/UI, prototyping, and design-system management tools • Strong portfolio showcasing a track record of designing complex user interfaces and workflows • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers • Strong understanding of enterprise software development processes • Experience in Enterprise Software – focused on finance, HR, or operations (Advantageous)
