Description

• Manage the material scheduling strategy and processes, ensuring material supply meets demand in each of our multi-national sites. • Work with master schedulers/planners to understand strategic information that impacts the forecast. • Using deep understanding of demand planning processes, evaluate MRP demand through pegging. • Ensure and maintain data integrity of BOM structures in planning/ERP systems. • Support, resolve and troubleshoot MRP-related planning/ERP system issues. • Manage inventory risk and ensure that contingency plans are in place. • Help enhance the support of warranty and spare parts planning utilizing planning tools vs spreadsheets.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience in Material Planning in a high-tech manufacturing environment • Significant experience with both manufacturing startups and established/growing manufacturing organizations, including global organizational experience • Experience with multi-level BOM product structures and planning/item master parameter strategies • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work with close-knit teams in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
