• Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Growth, you’ll lead the charge in developing, optimizing, and executing content strategies across all major social channels. • This role is hands-on, requiring a mix of strategic vision, creativity, and content creation skills to help grow and strengthen the brand. • You’ll work closely with internal creative teams, marketing strategists, and external partners to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with broader business goals. • You will own the social media content calendar, oversee content production, and develop engaging campaigns that captivate and inspire our audience. • As a key digital voice of the brand, you’ll ensure our storytelling remains fresh, dynamic, and responsive to cultural and industry trends.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in paid media strategy and execution (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads) • Proven track record of launching and optimizing high-impact campaigns while effectively managing CAC and LTV goals • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data to improve performance • Experience in A/B testing for creative assets, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization • Expertise in forecasting and managing paid marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently • Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape (owned, earned, and paid) with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and ad tech innovations • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategy clearly • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Finance teams to drive growth • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools
