Requirements
• A strong foundation and passion for modern frontend development • Expertise in writing clean, modular, extensible Javascript (React), HTML5, and CSS3 • Enough experience collaborating with designers to have opinions about design concepts, responsive design, design systems, and UI component libraries • Hands on experience with web performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and front-end dev-ops infrastructure • Great communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners • At least 2 years developing user facing web applications, focusing on delivering high-quality digital experiences • Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and test-driven development • An agile approach to software development and maintenance cycles
