📋 Description
•Assess team needs and pain points and deliver solutions to drive long-term efficiency gains •Contribute to user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules •Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules •Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers (i.e., DocuSign) •Utilize the latest and greatest automation processes (flows, etc.) to help our users accomplish more, faster •Document all the incredible customization you have built
🎯 Requirements
•2-5 years of relevant work experience •Certified Salesforce Administrator •Passion for healthcare services •Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations •Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills •Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve •Meticulous attention to detail •Triggers/Apex code knowledge a plus •Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
