Description

• Identify and monitor payroll requirements for calculation and reporting at the state and local levels • Contribute to 50-state research projects by investigating requirements and updating databases • Perform lightweight analysis and interpretation of payroll tax requirements as needed • Gather and verify payroll data to ensure accuracy based on project requirements • Employ research tools and methodologies to maintain an updated database reflecting changes in payroll tax and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Experience in research, preferably in tax or payroll • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Understanding of the payroll or tax sector • Flexibility and adaptability to new research tools and methodologies • Proficiency with databases or spreadsheets • Basic data analysis and interpretation skills • Attention to detail in data collection • This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week expected
