📋 Description

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement project-specific strategies (e.g., email campaigns targeting lead generation) based on client needs and goals. • Creating Client Briefs: Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to gather and incorporate client information into actionable marketing plans. • Integrations & Automations: Leverage tools and software to integrate marketing platforms and set up automated processes for improved efficiency. • Support Backend Marketing Tasks: Handle behind-the-scenes responsibilities, from troubleshooting software integrations to testing campaign functionality, ensuring smooth project execution. • Understand Marketing Strategies: Clearly grasp the overall marketing approach (including digital channels, target audience behaviors, and analytics) to align your work with team objectives. • Copywriting: Craft compelling, engaging, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including email campaigns, website content, social media posts, and other promotional assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing or a related creative role (2+ years preferred). • Proficiency in website development using Elementor. • Basic understanding of HTML and how to apply it to marketing projects. • Familiarity with marketing integrations and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, etc.). • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and concepts, with a focus on lead generation. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on backend processes with precision. • Great communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of popular email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Kit, ActiveCampaign) and CRMs (Pipedrive, Keap/Infusionsoft)
