Description

• Influence Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape and execute a product vision and roadmap that aligns with Cheqroom’s strategic objectives, focusing on user retention and asset management efficiency. • Lead Roadmap Development: Play a central role in developing and refining the product roadmap for the ‘Continual Progress’ team, ensuring that it reflects user needs and business goals. • Innovate and Optimize Features: Oversee the exploration, prototyping, launch, and assessment of new features and experiments aimed at enhancing the user experience on the Cheqroom platform. • Engage with Users and Stakeholders: Actively interact with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gain insights and develop strategies for fostering user engagement and habit-forming behaviors. • Analyze and Iterate: Collect and analyze user feedback consistently to derive actionable insights, shaping product requirements, features, and final deliverables based on data-driven learnings. • Evaluate Product Performance: Conduct quantitative analyses of feature performance to identify optimization opportunities and enhance product offerings. • Influence Strategic Decisions: Participate in strategic discussions to drive decisions on Cheqroom’s key product experiences, ensuring alignment with the overall company vision. • Collaborate Across Teams: As a core member of the product and engineering team, contribute to strategic planning, support go-to-market activities, conduct user research, and maintain a dynamic and impactful product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role, particularly with consumer-facing products • Proven experience in developing product roadmaps and defining product vision • Strong background in creating engaging and interactive product experiences, especially those that foster habit-forming behaviors • Demonstrated product leadership skills, including data analysis, writing, research, and feature lifecycle management • A track record of delivering exceptional product experiences that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward a common goal • You are passionate about digital products and their users and strive to make the best, most easy-to-use products • You have a make-it-happen attitude • You can work independently, but you know when to pull others in to help or grow alongside you • You are fluent in English
