📋 Description
• Provides technical support to both field services and customers involved in equipment maintenance. • Installs, troubleshoots problems, and overhauls equipment. • Provides support to customers requiring technical assistance. • Serves as the area “expert” on field service issues/troubleshooting and field calls from the field service group and customers. • Performs other tasks as needed or requested. • Ensures a high level of customer service through practical technical assistance to customers. • Sets up, analyzes/troubleshoots equipment. • Instruct customer personnel on the proper handling and operating procedures of ESP equipment. • Excellent customer relations skills to fulfill the customer’s requests. • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot the performance of equipment.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED). • 1-5+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. • A minimum of one year in a vocational/technical training or apprenticeship program is preferred. • Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
