• Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices across the organization. • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and empower multiple teams on data standards and best practices. • Work directly with teams to ensure understanding, buy-in, and proper implementation of data architecture strategies. • Facilitate open communication and collaboration between teams to encourage a shared ownership of data standards. • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of data standards, making adjustments based on feedback and evolving needs. • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data architecture and incorporate these into training and standards.
