• As Founding Growth Lead you'll work directly with Harry (our Co-founder and CEO) to build our go to market engine from 0-1. • Join as the first non-engineering employee of a well-funded startup building at the intersection of generative AI and security. • Take the lead on audience building and pipeline generation including content creation, growth strategies, messaging, Linkedin, newsletters, automated outbound workflows, events, and much more. • The perfect role for a talented marketer who wants to fast-track their route to leadership, or a smart generalist looking for a perfect opportunity to learn before starting their own company. • Build the GTM Engine: Work closely with our co-founder and CEO to build the entire sales and marketing engine from the ground up. • Grow an Audience: Create a multi-channel content and event strategy that conveys our message to a growing audience. • Generate Pipeline: Work with automated tooling to deliver smart outbound playbooks to generate pipeline. • Deliver Growth Strategies: Hypothesis and deliver innovative new strategies for driving growth.

Requirements

• High EQ: Empathise deeply with our audience to deliver content that resonates and stands out. • Excellent Writing Skills: You can create content that's clear, compelling, and impactful. • High Clock Speed: You deliver with pace and quality and are constantly generating new ideas. • Creativity: A creative and analytical mind who can balance big-picture strategy with execution. • Nice to Haves: Experience working in B2B SaaS marketing or sales roles; Exposure to cybersecurity or other complex technical domains
