📋 Description

• Lead full cycle recruiting for assigned roles and teams, with a focus on attracting diverse, high-quality talent across various disciplines. • Help establish, improve, and communicate our full cycle recruitment process. • Build and maintain a strong network of strong candidates through creative sourcing strategies. • Work with the marketing team and other stakeholders to support building and enhancing our employer brand. • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment in the recruitment process. • Leverage recruitment data and analytics to provide actionable insights and reports to senior leadership and business partners on hiring trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a Senior role. • Previous experience in the gaming or tech industries is highly preferred. • Leadership, mentoring, and project management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and upskill other recruiters. • Experience with various sourcing tools, ATS (we use Rippling Recruiting), and job boards, as well as social media recruiting. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels. • A genuine passion for Chess and the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of the skills and qualifications required for various roles in game development and related fields. • Demonstrated commitment to reducing bias in recruitment practices and decision-making. • Knowledge of compensation trends and the ability to discuss and negotiate compensation packages.
