📋 Description
• CHG Engineering is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales Enablement team. • You'll implement and customize our new Salesforce instance, including business logic automation and data design. • This role encompasses declarative development, testing, and assisting with application architecture and design. • You will also be responsible for the daily configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. • Serve as one of the primary system administrators for the CHG Salesforce.com environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. • Expertise in the ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. • Expertise with Salesforce.com best practices and functionality. • Expert data management abilities. • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements. • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environments. • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. • Strong ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. • Expert understanding of Salesforce limits and capabilities. • Experience in using GIT based version control (GitHub)
