Description

• Supports HHS, OCR promoting access to health information and privacy protection. • Reviews security complaints, data breach notifications, and cybersecurity incident reports. • Evaluates submissions from HIPAA covered entities and business associates. • Develops reports summarizing analysis and recommendations for future action.

Requirements

• Preference for industry certifications from CISSP, CISM, CIPP/CIPT/CIPT. • Ten (10) years of relevant cybersecurity experience is preferred. • Minimum educational experience is a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related fields. • Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocols. • Ability to analyze complex computer problems and provide solutions.
