Description
• The position facilitates and leads the enterprise strategic planning and priority setting process and assures implementation of strategic initiatives and projects identified through a collaborative, insight-enabled process. • This position is responsible for establishing system leadership accountability toward achievement of the strategic goals. • Leading and facilitating strategic planning and implementation efforts in support of the enterprise plan in collaboration with the chief strategy officer and senior leadership stakeholders.
Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis or consulting. • Relevant experience in health care in particular hospital system strategy. • Experience in facilitating strategic planning and implementation processes.
