Description

• Lead design efforts for our ChiliCal product, owning the end-to-end process from concept to final UI. • Tackle complex, enterprise-level challenges and turn them into simple, intuitive user experiences. • Initiate research and discovery efforts in collaboration with our UX Researcher to inform your design decisions. • Contribute innovative ideas for product improvements and new features, using your skills in prototyping to bring your ideas to life. • Maintain high visual standards by utilizing and expanding our Design System. • Define success metrics in collaboration with your team and work towards achieving them. • Stay informed about competitors and the needs of our target personas.

Requirements
