📋 Description

• Chime is looking for an MBA Intern to join the Strategy and Innvotion team within our Member Experience organization (i.e., Customer Support). • This is an opportunity to combine strategy, operations, and member experience design and will allow you to learn in a FinTech environment while playing a role in advancing a critical part of Chime’s business. • This role is structured as a 3 month engagement. • The starting hourly rate offered for this role and target level of experience will begin at $34 and up to $50. • The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Have experience working at a top tier management consulting firm; prior experience at a high-growth technology, payments, or FinTech startup a plus • Have razor sharp problem solving and analytical skills - Excel required; SQL a bonus. • Derive satisfaction and meaning by digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and answering big, ambiguous questions • Have experience working on large projects with cross-functional teams • Are flexible and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects • Have a low ego and are comfortable working directly well with a wide range of stakeholders • Are currently enrolled in a top-tier MBA program
