• Manage our channel-specific Ad Agencies and CRO agency to plan, create, optimize and scale campaigns across all paid marketing channels (search, social, display) as well as test and experiment with new advertising channels (TikTok, Reddit) • Own the ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting required on channel performance KPIs. Deliver channel insights to internal team and stakeholders using industry analytics tools (Google Analytics, BigQuery, Mode, Google Data Studio) • Work closely with Muse's design team to provide data-oriented insights on how to develop and optimize scroll-stopping ad creative and FOMO-inducing landing pages. • You'll design lifecycle journeys and strategic touchpoints across all comms channels (email, in-app notifications) to reach advertisers with the right message at the right timeWork with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to supercharge our marketing automation and create hyper-personalized journeys. • Work with our product team to build growth loops into the Muse core experience. • Drive and own eCommerce site optimization including SEO optimization; CRO; landing pages/content tests; google analytics reporting and delivering insights; etc.
• 5-7 years' experience in a similar role with a track record of executing successful campaigns backed up by measurable ROI, and can share proven testing strategies that resulted in optimized results. • An excellent communicator who is able to effectively manage and coordinate multiple agencies with direct marketing budgets of >$3M USD to meet performance goals and share multi-channel insights. • Creative approach to acquisition, doing more with less. • Live and breathe marketing metrics like eCPC, ROAS, CAC and LTV. • Experienced with Facebook, Google and email marketing, SEO optimization, partnerships, affiliates and influencers. • [BONUS] SMS campaign experience. • [BONUS] basic SQL skills. • [BONUS] Front-End Web Development experience (Wordpress & Shopify knowledge a large benefit).
