Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred • 5-8 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or similar role • Expertise in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems • Ability to manage multi-channel messaging campaigns effectively • Proficiency in data analysis, segmentation strategies, and analytical decision-making • Strong communication and project management skills • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques • Collaborative in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders • Experience in both D2C/B2C and B2B environments • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, with project management capabilities • Independent, adaptable, and able to excel in fast-paced environments • Data-driven with a balance of analytical acumen and customer-centric intuition • Exceptional communicator promoting teamwork and clarity • Curious, motivated, and open to exploring new strategies for business goals
