📋 Description
•Support technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications. •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges. •Execute test plans to ensure that the software applications meet defined functional requirements. •Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities. •Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades. •Prepare detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials. •Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points.
🎯 Requirements
•Bachelor's or combination of education and experience required for the job. •3+ years of experience preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field. •Oracle Certification (Preferred)
