📋 Description
• Manage the monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process for a range of accounts for entities across the organization. • Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of operational accounting functions. • Investigate, explain, and resolve balance sheet account reconciliation variances. • Support the company’s quarterly review and annual audit processes from both internal and external auditors. • Interact closely with Site Liaison, site CFOs, and module owners in the LBS Technical Accounting team. • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and healthcare industry regulations. • Perform balance sheet account analysis as needed to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. • Observe internal controls around the balance sheet reconciliation process.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting/Finance. • 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred • Maintain Active CPA License.(Preferred)
