Description

• We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead initiatives within our Business Service Layer team. • You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering our next-generation platform for account management, billing, orchestration flows, usage tracking, CRM (Salesforce), and various internal services and API-based applications. • Working closely with stakeholders from engineering, data science, operations, and leadership, you'll be instrumental in driving innovation. • We're looking for someone who shares our passion for creating seamless, impactful solutions that simplify complex processes.

Requirements

• 5 + years product experience including product strategy, product development, and product lifecycle management • Experience in and familiarity with microservices / API oriented products , CRMs, orchestration workflows , CRMs or ERPs • 3+ years with an Internet, e-commerce, SaaS, cloud software and/or financial services companies • Fluency in English and Portuguese • Voracious appetite for discovering “whole product” experience and help us deliver it. • Leadership—you can motivate your teammates to build amazing products. • You’re great at making tough decisions in a sea of ambiguity and keeping everyone on track • Technical know-how —you have a solid understanding of how software is made and how it works. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing and design teams • Demonstrated ability with sales teams to identify customer needs and deliver differentiated solutions • Extensive project management skills and comfort in a fast-paced scrum/agile development environment • Comfort working with remote co-workers. • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
