Description

• Seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to oversee and coordinate development team activities. • Providing technical leadership, guiding the team in solution proposals, and ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions. • Excellent communication skills and commitment to team collaboration are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on Python. • 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role. • Advanced English for conversation • Experience in building and maintaining scalable and performant SaaS applications and web services. • Experience developing backend services with known web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.) • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and/or other relational databases, including database design and optimization. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (S3, EKS, etc.). • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes. • Knowledge of Redis and its application in caching and data management. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Proven ability to mentor and lead engineering teams. • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. • Experience with additional AWS services (e.g., Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch) is preferred. • Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React) is a plus. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong personal GitHub portfolio. • Experience with Prefect or similar workflow orchestration tools.
